📦 Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. During peak seasons and holidays, please allow 7–10 business days for processing. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order with love!

How long will shipping take?

We ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class. Once your order ships, delivery times vary based on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $100! For orders under $100, standard shipping is just $6.95.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future — stay tuned!


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Simply reach out to us at info@thekraftedkollection.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and make it as smooth as possible.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Sale items are also final sale. Please note: all custom products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

What sizes do you carry?

We believe faith and style are for everybody! Our apparel is available in sizes S through 3X. Size availability may vary by style.

How do I find my size?

How should I care for my apparel?

To keep your pieces looking their best and your graphics vibrant, we recommend:

  • Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not iron directly on printed graphics

How should I care for custom pieces?

Custom pieces feature special embellishments that require extra gentle care. To preserve the beauty and integrity of your one-of-a-kind item, we recommend spot cleaning or dry cleaning only. Avoid machine washing or submerging in water, as this may damage the embellishments. Treat your custom piece with the same love and care that went into creating it! 🤍

Are custom products returnable?

All sales on custom products are final. Because each custom piece is made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. 🔍 Order Tracking

How do I track my order?

I haven't received a tracking email — what should I do?
